When can I expect my order ?
If you know your order needs to arrive by a certain date, please contact us by support@dimaeyewear.com and let us know the details— we'll do our best to make sure they arrive in time,all shipments include tracking, we will send this to you via email automatically but you can also request it at any time via email or phone. We are not liable for packages that show that they have been delivered but have not been received.

If you selected an express shipping option and want to make sure your glasses will arrive by a deadline, feel free to contact us (don't forget to include your order number!) and we'll do our best to help you out.
What's your shipping rates for U.S. and international ?
U.S. Shipping Rates:We offer FREE shipping on all domestic U.S. orders $50+. $7 flat-rate shipping is available for orders under $50. Orders will arrive within 5-7 business days from the ship date.
We also offer $25 expedited shipping via UPS.

You will receive a tracking number upon shipment of your order, which you can use to track and view your estimated delivery date.
**Please note that depending on your country's specific import laws, you may be required to pay local duties and taxes. What if I receive an incorrect or damaged item ?
We're sorry about that ! If you have received a damaged or incorrect item,please contact support@dimaeyewear.com with a photo of the damage or incorrect frame as well as your order number.We will be sure to rectify the situation as soon as possible!What happens if my package is lost ?
If your order has been lost in transit, please contact us and we will guide you on the next steps to locate it.
After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure your delivery address is secure and that someone will be available to receive the package.
Once I have placed my order,can I change my address or edit my order ?
We will try to accommodate any changes to your order,however,a request must be made before your order has been processed.Please reach out to us ASAP by email at support@dimaeyewear.com,so that we can correct your order prior to shipment.
Can I change my shipping address once my order has shipped ?
Tracking information will be provided via email as soon as your item is in transit.In the event an incorrect shipping address is provided,please notify us by email at support@dimaeyewear.com immediately.The option to reroute is dependent on carrier options and is not guaranteed.A reroute fee of $20 will be collected per address options and is not guaranteed.A reroute fee of $20 will be collected per address change.Please note if the reroute is successful it will delay the expected delivery date.
Can I ship to a hotel or another temporary location ?
Please note that you may ship to a hotel or a temporary location but we encourage you to order and ship to your primary home or work location.DIMA does not offer package rerouting,pick-ups,or refunds on items that have been shipped to hotels or other temporary locations.Please make sure that you will be at your hotel at the time of delivery to ensure that your product is received.
RETURNS + EXCHANGES
What is DIMA return and exchange policy ?
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are unsatisfied with your order,here is what you need to know :
- Non-prescription products can be returned up to 30 days from the date of purchase
- Items purchased on our clearance sale page are not eligible for returns or exchanges
- Items must be unworn (a quick try on is fine of course), in the state you received them, and in the original packaging
- Return items must be sent back within 10 days of initiating your return with the label provided.
- International returns: Customers must cover the cost of return shipping and are responsible for all duties, taxes, or brokerage fees associated with the order. International orders are not eligible for exchange.
- Free shipping for all U.S. returns and exchanges only. We currently do not provide free shipping on returns shipped outside the U.S. This includes Canada.
- Exchanges of equal or lesser value are free. We offer up to 2 exchanges. If unhappy with 2nd exchange we will offer a refund
- International exchanges are not offered.

Your returns and exchanges are free of charge for U.S. orders only. Unfortunately, we currently do not offer free shipping on returns for orders placed outside of the U.S. This includes Canada.

Our warranty provides coverage for manufacturing defects for a period of one year from the date of purchase.
What's DIMA warranty policy ?

How long does it take to process a return or exchange ?
Once your original item(s) arrive at our warehouse,exchanges are processed within 3-5 business days and returns are processed within 7-10 business days.All refunds are issued to the original form of payment and may take up to 10 business days for your financial institution to process.
What if I received a damaged item ?
We aim to guarantee your receipt of top-tier designer sunglasses, and should you encounter any concerns with your order, our team is readily available to assist. Feel free to reach out to us at support@dimaeyewear.com for support.
How can I return frames received as a gift ?
Please email us at support@dimaeyewear.com with the purchaser's full name and the names of the items you'd like to return.Frames that are received as gifts are only eligible for an exchange or store credit.Items must include all original packaging!
