When will my order ship?
Orders ship within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Processing may take longer during peak periods.
How long does delivery take?
U.S.: Standard: 5-7 business days; Express: 1-3 business days. International: Standard: 10-20 days; Express: 3-5 business days.
What are the shipping rates?
U.S.: Free shipping on orders over $65; $6.99 for orders under $65; $19.99 for express. International: Free shipping on orders over $65; For shipping details check the shipping policy page.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide.
How can I track my order?
A tracking number will be provided once your order ships. For assistance, contact support@dimaeyewear.com.
Can I change my address or edit my order?
Contact support before the order ships. After shipping, address changes may incur a $20 reroute fee and depend on carrier availability.
Can I change my shipping address once my order has shipped ?
Tracking information will be provided via email as soon as your item is in transit.In the event an incorrect shipping address is provided,please notify us by email at support@dimaeyewear.com immediately.The option to reroute is dependent on carrier options and is not guaranteed.A reroute fee of $20 will be collected per address options and is not guaranteed.A reroute fee of $20 will be collected per address change.Please note if the reroute is successful it will delay the expected delivery date.
Can I ship to a hotel or another temporary location ?
Please note that you may ship to a hotel or a temporary location but we encourage you to order and ship to your primary home or work location.DIMA does not offer package rerouting,pick-ups,or refunds on items that have been shipped to hotels or other temporary locations.Please make sure that you will be at your hotel at the time of delivery to ensure that your product is received.
What happens if my package is lost ?
If your order has been lost in transit, please contact us and we will guide you on the next steps to locate it.
After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure your delivery address is secure and that someone will be available to receive the package.
What if I receive an incorrect or damaged item ?
We're sorry about that ! If you have received a damaged or incorrect item,please contact support@dimaeyewear.comwith a photo of the damage or incorrect frame as well as your order number.We will be sure to rectify the situation as soon as possible!
Once I have placed my order,can I change my address or edit my order ?
We will try to accommodate any changes to your order,however,a request must be made before your order has been processed.Please reach out to us ASAP by email at support@dimaeyewear.com,so that we can correct your order prior to shipment.
What happens if my package is lost ?

02 Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! If you're not, you can request a full refund within 30 days for full-priced sunglasses, prescription glasses, and blue light glasses.
- All orders are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. items received after 30 days will not be accepted.
- Please ensure the items are in original condition, with the original case and tags. If there is a complimentary item in the order, it needs to be returned together.
- Items marked as "FINAL SALE" are not eligible for return or exchange.
- For buy-one-get-one or similar free gift promotions, all items received must be returned to qualify for a refund. Partial returns are not accepted.
- The original shipping fee of the order is non-refundable, and a USD $9.99 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund!
- Gift cards are non-refundable.
- International Returns (Outside the U.S.)
Customers outside the United States are responsible for return shipping costs, as well as any duties, taxes, or brokerage fees related to the return. Please note that international orders are not eligible for exchanges.

How do returns and exchanges work?
U.S.: Free returns and up to 2 exchanges per order. International: Customers cover return shipping; exchanges are not available.
How long does it take to process returns or exchanges?
Exchanges: 3-5 business days; Returns: 7-10 business days; refunds may take up to 10 business days to process.
How can I return frames received as a gift ?
Please email us at support@dimaeyewear.comwith the purchaser's full name and the names of the items you'd like to return.Frames that are received as gifts are only eligible for an exchange or store credit.Items must include all original packaging!
03 Warranty & Repairs
What is your warranty policy?
Warranty does not cover scratches on the lenses or frames, stretching of the frames or accidental damage caused through general use. Scratches on lenses and frames are considered wear-and-tear and are not covered under warranty.In the event of warranty approval,claims are eligible for a one-time replacement of the original item and are not considered an exchange.If you believe your issues falls under our one-year warranty,please use the link below to initiate your warranty claim.Feel free to contact us via email,chat,or phone for any assistance.All of the following information is required for your warranty to be approved :
- A detailed description of the manufacturing issue
- Several photos clearly displaying the defect,along with the style SKU/number located on the inside of one of the temples.
What if I receive a damaged item?
Contact support@dimaeyewear.com with photos and your order number, and we’ll resolve the issue quickly.
04 Payment
Why isn't my promo code applying?
1. Please be sure that the code has not expired.
2. Please be sure that the code meets the conditions of use. Some codes are only available for certain selected items or require more than a specific price.
3. Please kindly note that some promo coupon codes only apply to full priced items, they will not apply to an item that is on sale.
When will I be charged?
The money will betaken immediatelyonce it is authorized. An email will be sent to you to confirm your order. But if your card isnot authorized or is under the status of pre-authorization, payment will not be taken. You maycontact your bank or card issuerto authorize the payment. Please note that even if a payment isn't authorized, the transactions with DIMA will still continue. This occurs because some card issuers stillhold the funds for a short period of time. We will process your order once we receive the payment, or you can choose to cancel the unpaid DIMA order.
Why was my payment declined?
Payment may be declined for several reasons since you paid via different payment methods.
If you paid via PayPal, and your payment was declined, you may need to:
.Confirm the email address associated with PayPal.
.Update the expiration date or billing address associated with your credit or debit card.
.Confirm your credit or debit card so we know you’re the card owner.
.Go through a security check so we can confirm your identity.
.Resolve a limitation placed on your account.
If you have trouble paying via credit card:
Please check the details of your card information to make sure they are correct, including the expiration date, cardholder name, security code on the back of your card as well as the billing address. Please ensure that you have not reached the card limit or your card is not suspended by the bank for a review.
In the case that your payment is still refused, we suggest you try another card at checkout or pay us via PayPal.
If you want to know further information about being declined, you are suggested to contact the payment method provider directly.
