Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! If you're not, you can request a full refund within 30 days for full-priced sunglasses, prescription glasses, and blue light glasses. Please ensure the items are in original condition, with the original case and tags. Items received after 30 days or not in original condition will not be accepted.

Important Notes:

  • Gift cards are non-refundable.
  • All promotional or sale items are final sale and not eligible for refunds or merchandise credit.
  • For recent buy one get one promotions, both the purchased and promotional pairs must be returned for a refund.

Return & Exchange Procedure

  1. Contact us via email at support@dimaeyewear.com to initiate a return or exchange.
  2. Follow the instructions provided by our customer service.
  3. Package your return in the original box, if available, or a well-padded box to prevent damage during shipping. Include the invoice and relevant information.
  4. Refunds will be processed to the original form of payment within 14 business days after we receive the items.

Warranty on Frames

Replacements for manufacturing defects are available within 12 months of purchase. This warranty does not cover general wear and tear, scratches, or accidental damage.
