Warranty

Our warranty extends to 1 year from the purchase date to cover manufacturing defects.

Warranty claims only offer replacements for original items and are not considered an exchange.

WHAT IS THE WARRANTY COVERAGE?

Within one (1) year from the purchase date, we will repair or replace any covered product proving defective in material and workmanship free of charge; all warranty repairs and services are performed by an authorized DIMA technician.

*This warranty extends to the original buyer, who must present proof of purchase.

ANY EXCLUSIONS?

Yes!

Use other than normal use, including but not limited to abuse, accidents, alterations, improper or misuse of covered product
Normal use resulting in lens scratches
Lost or stolen frame
Repairs or services performed by anyone other than an authorized DIMA.
