Order Processing Time:

  • Most orders are processed and shipped on the next business day after we receive your purchase. Please note that business days exclude weekends and holidays.
  • During high-volume periods, shipping may be delayed by 3-5 business days.
  • For pre-order items, the estimated shipping window will be specified on the individual product page. 
  • Contact us if you have any questions about when your order will ship.

U.S. Shipping:

  • FREE shipping on all domestic orders $50 +. $5 flat-rate shipping available for orders under $50. Orders will arrive within 3-7 business days from the ship date.
  • Faster shipping available for a $10 flat-rate. Orders will arrive within 2-3 business days from the ship date.
  • Please note all shipping time are based on business days and excludes weekends and holidays .

International Shipping:

  • FREE shipping on all international orders $75+. $10 flat-rate shipping for international orders less than $75. Orders will arrive within 1-2 weeks from the ship date. 
  • $35 expedited shipping is available for international orders via UPS.
  • **Duties and taxes may apply and will be collected by the shipping carrier upon delivery. These fees are determined by your local government and are separate from any shipping fees paid.

Returns & Exchanges:

  • We offer FREE returns and exchanges for a full refund or store credit for all U.S. domestic orders when claimed within 30 days of your order being delivered.Click here to initiate a return.
  • For international orders, we'll refund your order if you cover the return shipping cost within the same 30 days window. Unfortunately, we can't offer free returns or exchanges for store credit on international orders at this time.
  • Please note that items marked as "FINAL SALE" are not eligible for return or exchange.


Once we receive your returned item(s) and verify their condition, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow a reasonable processing time for the refund to be reflected in your account.


Our warranty extends to 1 year from the purchase date to cover manufacturing defects.

Warranty does not cover lost items, scratches, stretching of the frames due to wearing them on top of your head or other misuse, accidental damage caused through general use, or the loss of screws due to neglect.

 Warranty claims only offer replacements for original items and are not considered an exchange.
